VOXENYTH — PRIVACY POLICY

1. About this policy
This policy explains information used by VOXENYTH and its advertising service, Google AdMob. The game has no account registration, developer-operated cloud save service, social login, or developer-operated gameplay analytics. "Local storage" describes game saves; it does not mean advertising services collect no data.
2. Game data stored on your device
VOXENYTH stores progress, level records, scores, earned virtual coins, unlocked and equipped cosmetics, missions, settings, and whether you have seen the first-launch privacy notice in the app's local storage. This information is used to run the game and remember your choices. It is not uploaded to a developer server. Ad frequency counters are held only in memory for the current app session and are not added to the game save. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
The Android app is configured to exclude app data from Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Device manufacturers or operating systems may still manage data outside the app's control. The browser version keeps saves in that browser's storage, separately from Android.
3. Advertising data and Google AdMob
The Android app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Rewarded ads are optional and requested when you choose to watch one for the displayed virtual-coin reward. The app may also show a non-rewarded full-screen interstitial after repeated next-flight or replay actions at a game-over or level-complete break. Interstitials are session-delayed and frequency-capped, are disclosed on those break screens, and are never intentionally shown during active flight, on app launch, or after every action. The game remains playable if ads are unavailable, and a failed ad request never blocks the selected action.
Google and its advertising service providers may automatically collect or receive IP address (including approximate location derived from it), device and advertising identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app-set ID, interactions with the app or ads, and diagnostics such as performance and crash information. These may be used for advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Even non-personalized or test ads can involve processing device and network data. This game requests non-personalized ads and applies a general-audience ad-content limit.
The developer does not receive a copy of your local save through AdMob, but may see advertising reports supplied by Google. No separate analytics, crash-reporting or mediation SDK has been deliberately added by the developer in this version. Google may process information on servers outside your country under its own policies and safeguards.

4. Privacy choices
The first-launch notice is shown once per app storage installation. Continuing acknowledges the notice; it is not permission for personalized advertising. You can read this policy from the main menu at any time.
Where required and applicable to the configured audience, Google's UMP service offers choices before advertising requests are permitted. Required consent messages may appear again when Google or applicable law requires; they are separate from the game's one-time notice. The game does not request ads when the SDK has not allowed ad requests, or when privacy checks fail.
Open Main Menu > Privacy Policy > Advertising privacy choices to check or manage the choices offered by Google. Some regions or protected audience settings do not require a choices form. Non-personalized ads are not a substitute for consent where consent is required. You may use Android's advertising privacy controls to reset or delete your advertising ID, depending on Android version.
You can always choose not to watch a rewarded ad. An interrupted or incomplete rewarded ad does not grant a reward unless Google confirms that the reward was earned. Interstitial ads do not grant game rewards and can be closed using the controls supplied by the ad provider.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you use Settings > Purge Save Data, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Purge Save Data resets game progress and cosmetics but keeps the one-time privacy acknowledgement and Google's separate privacy choices. To remove all app-local data, use Android Settings > Apps > VOXENYTH > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall. Browser users can clear this site's storage.
The developer cannot remotely retrieve, restore or delete a local save. There is no account to delete. Clearing local app data does not delete information already processed by Google. Google's retention rules and deletion controls govern data held by Google; consult its policy and privacy controls. Privacy or support messages you voluntarily send are used to answer your request and may be retained as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
6. Permissions and security
The app uses internet and network-state access for advertising and related privacy services. The merged Android manifest includes advertising-ID and Android Privacy Sandbox ad-services permissions, plus wake-lock and foreground-service support added by Google/Android libraries. VOXENYTH does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or access to your photos/files to play. Fonts and game assets are bundled locally. Sonar is a game effect and does not use your microphone.
The app disables cleartext traffic in its Android configuration. Third-party services use their own security measures. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children and age audience
VOXENYTH is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Advertising requests use conservative under-age-of-consent treatment for this audience.
If you believe a child provided personal information improperly through this app, contact the publisher using the privacy contact above and consult Google's privacy controls for information held by Google.
8. Changes and contact
The publisher may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The current version is available in the app and at the published policy URL above. Material changes requiring renewed disclosure or consent will be handled separately from the first-launch acknowledgement.
